"The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous, with a mountain view that looks as if it has been plucked straight from a painting. The cleanliness is superb and I am talking about the entire hotel. I couldn't ask for more in terms of maintaining such pristine conditions. The SPA area is absolutely clean and well-maintained. It's a pleasure to see such attention to detail in keeping the place spotless and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak Spanish, there was always someone available who could communicate in English.
