The room was clean, I didn’t use the staff much, but when I spoke to him, they were helpful.
The air-conditioning was nice, the TV was good and the parking I feel there are more rooms available than parking
So if you get there very late in the night you might not get a space and all you do is get a refund which I feel is not good enough as they should either let you park on the disabled bay or the other bats especially if there’s no one disabled staying there overnight et cetera. The parking fee is $10 a night.
The reception is manned by a 24 hour FaceTime person

The front desk staff were excellent, especially Brian and Vee. The bellmen are also very welcoming and helpful with navigating your way around town. I will be staying here again, and would highly recommend the Fig.

"BUGS! I walked into my room with several dead and alive bugs including roaches ants bed bugs and spiders. I asked for a new room and was told nothing else was available. I didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes and went to a hotel town the street. I would recommend trying Valbona Resort and spa instead. ..."
