"We had a function in Margam Park and the Barn was an ideal venue to stay overnight. The bedroom was really cosy with a large bed and the breakfast was a continental with lots of choice. We met the owner who was a helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again."

"A lovely hotel ground floor room was excellent for access to restaurant and bar area
Room was clean and welcoming with a lovely hot shower
Breakfast choices substantial both continental and hot the quality was also very good
To be honest the price paid which included the breakfast was without doubt the best deal I have ever had and will definitely recommend and return."
"The cottage was very convenient for tourist attractions around Swansea, Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. The internet connection was poor and this included the TV. The property is old and would benefit from some serious professional decorating and carpet fitting. That said, you get what you pay for and this was an inexpensive solution for us as a last minute break, and we were comfortable enough and warm. "
"Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside.
We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers!
Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier Inn which we usually rely on. Would recommend."
