Bel hotel

L’hôtel est installé dans une très belle bâtisse pleine de charme. Les chambres sont propres mais petites, tout comme la salle de bain. La douche était bouchée et les serviettes assez rugueuses. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très minimaliste, et les boissons du minibar sont assez chères. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, il n’y a pas de parking disponible. En revanche, le personnel est sympathique et accueillant.

El botel está en una zona prilegiada ,en el centro de Mardin es impresionate la fachada que tiene, tiene la Madrasa y el castillo jysto detrás, tiene un pasillo que te lleva justo al aparcamuento El personal muy amable Y las vistas que tiene impresionantes Volveria otra vez

Otelin konumunu mükemmel di. Tam merkezde gece gündüz cıvıl cıvıldı. Karşılama güzeldi güleryüzlü çalışanları vardı. Kahvaltı normaldi temizlik olarak temiz bir oteldi. Özelliklle İsmail beye teşekkür ederim bıkmadan usanmadan sorduğumuz her şeye cevap verdi ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Sorunsuz bir tatil geçirdik. Eski mardinin icinde lokalizasyonu çok iyi bir otel, fakat biz son anda 3 kisi oldum. Bize 3 kişilik oda ayarladılar sağolsunlar.Fakat odada cam yoktu, çok havasız, rutubet içeren bir yerdi.Temizliği iyi değil duvarlardan sıvalardan tozlar akıyordu. Akşam üstü terasında aldığımız şaraplardan içmek istediler sert bir tepkiyle karşılaştık.Bunu bilerek rezervasyonlarını yapın.Güzel yüzlü ve iyi niyetliler ama biz çok memnun kalamadık

Otel kültürel bakımdan geleneklere göre güzel çalışanlar iyi niyetli fakat park yeri başlı başına sorun ve yollar aşırı kötü arac ile sürekli 8 cizerek ilerlemek zorundasınız altını tamponu vurmamak için benim aracımın ön tamponu kırıldı ve üzerindeki onca para ödediğimiz jantlar hasar aldı kesinlikle araçla gidilecek bir yer degil balayı için gittiğimiz yer burnumuzdan geldi açıkçası HOTELS yetkili kişiler bu mağduriyetimizi gidermelerini rica ediyoruz

Seyahatimin bir gecesini muhakkak bu otantik otelde kalır, sonra daha rahat edeceğim otele geçerim ama her geçen yıl otel eskiyor ve sanırım daha iyi bakılması gerekiyor. Tercih etmemin bir nedeni de merkezde olması ve güzel bir manzarası olması.

OKUMADAN KARAR VERMEYİN

Fiyatına göre tamamen hayal kırıklığı olan bir otel. Camlı oda olarak verilen camlar olmasa daha iyiydi. Perdeler tam kapanmıyor dışardan tüm oda gözüküyor. Odanın her yeri toz içinde dolaplar çekmeceler yatağın dibindeki komodin.. odada priz sıkıntısı var. Banyolar çokkkk eski, sıcak su yaklaşık 7-8 dakikada ancak geldi. Çalışanların 6 da başlayan seslerinden asla uyuyamadık, aşırı konforsuz, bence kirli ve parasına değmeyen bir oteldi asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zimmer war neben der Rezeption, was nicht unbedingt gut war. Wir hatten mehr erwartet.
