Personal unfreundlich!!! Besitzer eine Katastrophe und gibt keinen Wert seinen Kunden!!!! Wir hatten 4-5 Tage vor der Anreise gebucht gehabt, als wir im Hotel ankamen behauptete erst ein Mitarbeiter das wir nicht gebucht hätten! Als ich Ihm die Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt hatte meinte er das kann nicht sein!! Nach einer ganzen halben Stunde hatte er unsere Buchung gefunden aber das Zimmer wurde bereits einem anderen Kunden gegeben! Wir haben 1 Stunde warten müssen bis die Organisation gepasst hat! Zimmer war eine Katastrophe dreckig verraucht! Nicht frisch bezogene bette! Als ich mich beschwert hatte und nach einer Lösung verlangt hatte meinte der Besitzer ich solle doch das Zimmer verlassen!!! Nachts um 1 mit meiner Mutter und mit meinem Baby!!!! So eine Unverschämtheit habe ich noch nie erlebt!!!!

Hotel com dan rezervasyon yaptırıp ödeme yapmama rağmen gittiğimde rezervasyon olmadığını söyleyerek 3 bayan Mardin'de ortada kaldık rezalet bir durumdu kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Kısa süreli konaklamalar için ideal. Eski Mardin’i gezmek için oraya yakın yerlerin otopark sorunu olduğu için hem şehir dışında hem de temiz bir yer olduğu için tercih edilebilir. Tek eksik odalarda mini bar olabilirdi o da kısa süreli konaklamalar için acil ihtiyaç değil. Otelin altı aynı zamanda petrol olduğu için market hizmeti de faydalı

Yeni, temiz bir otel. Aracı olanlar için iyi.

Odalar gayet temizdi. Resepsiyon personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Sadece kahvaltıda sıcaklar erken bitiyor. Aslında 11'e kadar kahvaltı açık. Sıcakları tükendikçe az az getirmeleri daha iyi olur.

The good thing is man at reception really cooperative, rooms clean and good space Bad things, first was so far away from cuty center, power goes off every while, NO WATER WHEN WE WOKE UP, we couldn't even wash our faces at morning, it was terrible Breakfast disappointing, so poor, no options just eggs and cheese, although in Hotels.com it said open buffet, the other bad thing is elevator got stuck so we had to take the stairs with our luggages.

Mükemmel bir otel içi tertemiz kahvaltısı süper,çalışanlar efendi mi efendi saygılı uygun lükse yakın bir otel odası.şehirden uzak aracı olmayanlar bence düşünsün taksi vs pahalıya gelir otel bir petrolün üzerine kurulmuş 3 kattan oluşan bir otel Galibinize gitmesin biz artvinden eşimle özel aracımızla gittik diğer mardindeki süslü otellerin pis olduğu yorumları ve bu otelin temiz olduğu yorumuyla bile bile gittik ve memnun kaldık bu fiyata bedava....

Artuklu Otel, Otel ihtiyacınızı Mardin'de tüm gerekleriyle giderebilecek, çalışanları sıcak ve anlayışlı olan, Mardin gezimizi keyiflendiren gerçekten orta duruma sahip ve Mardin'i gezmeye gitmek isteyen insanlar için ideal bir otel. Çalışanları yöre insanı gibi sıcak ve anlayışlılar. Konum merkeze otobüsle 10 dakika civarında, oteli dışarıdan görünce "bu ne!" diyebilirsiniz. Fakat amacınız X otelinde kaldım demek değilse, uygun bir bütçeyle kaliteli bir hizmet görmek istiyorsanız bu oteli tercih edin. Pişman olmayacaksınız.

Asansör ile 1. Kata çıkmak istediğimizde asansör aniden 0 ile 1. Kat arasında bir yerde durdu bu bizi çok korkuttu ilgililere söylememize rağmen bir girişimde bulunulmadı

2 gece konakladık. Odalar temiz ve güzel. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine uzak. Kahvaltısı kötü. asma tavanın üstünde cekirge vardı sanırım , geceleri cıkardıkları sesi bilirsiniz. Ondan uyuyamadım. Birdaha bu otelde kalmam.
