"For some reason I was issued a handicap room. The shower handle was not attached to the base so I had to hold it to keep water flowing over me. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The was a bottle Cap under the the vent, the bathroom mirror had toothpaste splatter on it and the wall by sink had some type of black smudge on it. Had it not been that I was only there for 2 nights I would had demanded another room. I did alert the front desk to the issues and was told that housekeeping would address it . When I returned to the room the next day the mirror and wall was still in the same condition. I will not be staying there again."

"Overall, I'd give it a 4.5. Reason for 4.5 instead of a 5 is because I felt that breakfast should have been included in the itinerary, given that I was staying for almost a week. In any case, the room was clean, spacious and everything was working to my interest."

"For a house with the ability to accommodate many guests, the outfitting of the kitchen was very sparse. We adapted with a run to the market for serving plates. Additionally, all the beds did not have flat sheets & not enough bath & hand towels to accommodate the numbers of guests. "

"I stayed at this property for 1 night, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.•The house was very cold, making it uncomfortable to stay. (Stayed at 63-68 most of the night, guest never took their jackets off) •Alarms repeatedly went off, causing repeated disruptions.•At one point, unauthorized individuals were briefly present near the property, coming in the backyard which was concerning.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations based on the listing.While the host may not have been directly responsible for all issues, these problems made the rental unfit for a comfortable stay. When I brought it up to them , they decided to blame me for the door being bent, which didn’t happen on my stay via proof. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"I recommend you not book with this VRBO owner, there seems to be a double booking theme. We had the unit booked 3 months in advance and fully paid for 8/13 thru 8/17 to be in town for the BMW Championship. Earlier we had messaged the host to get the door code, with no response. We arrived just after 11pm and with no check-in instructions knocked on the door, a young man and a dog greeted us. We asked if there was an adult available, and he told us his mom was asleep. We asked if he was staying there, and he told us they were staying for the week. This is now the 2nd time this place was double booked in the past 2 months (see comments from 6/24). Biggest issue was having to find a replacement at 11:30pm on a Wednesday night, in an unknown city, during a very busy hotel season. Hopefully VRBO removes Jermaine from their roster of owners. He must not be allowed to continue this practice of stranding paid customers."
