"Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...

We are an extended family made up of two grandparents, three families, and kids ranging from 10 to 17 years old, and for the past ten years, we’ve chosen Alborea Eco Lodge as our summer holiday destination. Every time it confirms our love for it—and every time, it’s hard to leave. Once again this year, the nautical activities were a big hit, especially with the kids, who enthusiastically took part in windsurfing, sailing, and canoeing. The food this year was perhaps the best we’ve had in the past ten years. A sincere thank-you and congratulations to the entire kitchen staff. A special mention goes to the Zurawski Band, whose live music created truly beautiful moments, adding a touch of quality and atmosphere to the already engaging entertainment offered by Bluserena’s amazing Dream Team.
