Wake up to paradise every day of your stay. 4/2 home on water. Some of the most beautiful and unusual palm trees on the island. Bike to the beach or restaurants. 4 adult bikes provided. Close to the new Publix. Make your beach days easy with our beach cart, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and toys. We are in the process of having a pool installed late 2025 and early 2026 It will have a sun shelf as well as a built in hot tub/spa. In-home office is available including wired/wifi printer. Owner available by phone 24/7 for any issues that arise. Kitchen well stocked as well as linens and towels. Laundry room has ironing board, iron as well as Tide pods, pre spray and fabric softener for your convenience.

4 fishing poles included—bring your Bait and tackle—bait shop nearby for purchase of your supplies.

Brand new high chair/booster for the little ones as well as a deluxe pack and play. For other baby items/toys, we are registered with babyquip.com for short term rental of furniture and toys

Although we have a boat and jet ski dock and lift, these aren’t being rented out at this time

Great time

My family and I stayed here for our 10 day beach vacation and we found the place to be very nice, clean, and the owners were amazing to work with as they were very accommodating. This home is located in a very nice & quite neighborhood that is less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. The home comes with nearly everything you would need to have a great day at the beach with your family. We would most certainly stay here again in the future!

Marco House

The house was in a great location, 5-10 minute drive to wherever you were going in the island. House is very well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, including crock pot and air fryer. Hot tub was nice to relax in. We enjoyed the bicycles, paddle boards and kayaks also. House was very clean and all beds are very comfortable. The Lanai could use a few more seating options. Currently there are 4 comfortable chairs in the Lanai with a round, low table. It would have been nice if there would have been a television in the primary bedroom, but not a deal breaker. Overall, we had a fabulous 7 weeks there and it was very relaxing.
