Waterfront private pool close to beach with southern exposure

  • Four bedroom two bath home on the water! Located in a fantastic neighborhood less than a mile to beaches and restaurants. This house has all the modern amenities you would hope for while on vacation. This is a single level home with a modern design and open floor plan and is full equipped with all the comforts of home. House has a great layout for families with small children to be close but not too close. There are two bedrooms on either side of the home giving everyone their own space. Also, there are bikes and a tabletop video game with 60 vintage games to keep the kids busy!
