About this property

Tropical oasis on the water. Heated pool w. lots of family amenities & games

  • Welcome to the Turtle House. This home will make you feel disconnected in your own private tropical oasis. Sleeps 8. Heated Pool. Activities for the entire family. Has its own dock with a boat lift. TRAILER can not be parked in front of house per city rules.Beautiful outdoor fire pit. Perfect for s'mores. The home has a game room to keep your guests entertained at all hours. Children friendly equipped with a high chair and 2 pack n plays. 1set of toiletries per bathroom provided. Extra needed is guest’s responsibility. Same goes for garbage bags and kitchen soap.
    Bdrm1. Queen bed. Pack n play
    Bdrm 2. 2 bunk beds. Full at the bottom and twin on top.
    Bdrm 3. Queen bed. Pack n play. 1 toddler portal bed.
    There will be an extra charge for pool heating service. POOL HEATER charge is $100 for a 1 week stay. $250 for a month stay. These charges are for standard usage. Extra fees will be added for extended use of electricity.
