The "Sea-Winds" I Renovated Beachfront 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo

***Seawinds building is conducting construction work on balconies from August to Mid November 2026***

This renovated beachfront 2 bed, 2 full bath condo is located at the one of the most desirable condo buildings on all of Marco Island, the Sea Winds building on Marco Beach. Granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen. King bed in the master bedroom with flat-screen tv. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that will include the much sought after 2nd full bathroom some condos do not offer. Laundry is in residence here.

Storage closet located across the way from the elevators that is fully equipped with the beach gear needed while here. Unobstructed western views look out towards the gorgeous blueish-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft white sandy famous beaches Marco Island has to offer. Take in those picturesque sunsets each and every day from your own private balcony.

Not looking to get all sandy at the beach? Enjoy your time down by the pool area ,complete with a heated pool and also hot tub.

Sea Winds is located right next door to popular Sunset Grille at the Apollo. Sunset Grille is the only beachfront restaurant/tiki bar on the beach other than the hotels. Just a few blocks north of here are the popular restaurants and shops of Mission Plaza. This is the ideal spot to come and stay so book that trip today!

Small but clean. Fantastic view, best beach access on Marco. Bedding, vacuum, and dishwater a bit spare or in need of upgrades. Overall a great time, would rent again.

Excellent Vacation

Our stay on Marco Island was perfect. Everything about it was more than I expected. The location could not have been better, oceanfront and steps into the water. The room was updated, very nice and very clean. It was exactly as advertised so we were shocked because sometimes what you see on line is not what you get once you arrive. It was an excellent vacation, will definitely return next year. Thank you for making Vacation 2023 PERFECT!!!!

The place met all our expectations except for the bedrooms . There were no dressers or surfaces to put anything. Very small vanities in the bathroom also. We ended up living out of our suitcases the whole week.

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed as far as towels, beach equipment and the kitchen was well equipped too. The only negative thing we would say is there wasn’t a bureau to put out clothes in, would prefer not to live out of a suitcase. The sunsets every night were magnificent .

Only issue was that there was only one elevator working at the time of the stay. Also the condo did not have any dressers to place your clothes in. Other than that, it was an awesome place to stay.

The beach closet across the way from the elevators had all the beach items we needed while here which made our trip that much more enjoyable. Walks up and down the beach were our favorite part. Condo has everything one would need while staying here and the washer and dryer in the condo was a huge bonus for us. We will definitely be back!

Great view and good location but Unit is small and sparsely furnished. Back bedroom remains lit all night by exterior corridor light. Need blackout curtains or shades. Need to use key to enter building day and night and key to go to and from beach. Very inconvenient with beach chairs.Charging 50 per car is silly. At the rate for the condo it should include parking.Many better options on the beach.

That bistro chair/table bar setup looking out over the beach and Gulf was one of the neater things we have enjoyed in quite a while(we took in the adirondack chairs as well). Sunsets each nite from there were incredible! We loved the new furniture they added in the living room too. Many times we come to these vacation condos and most times end up sinking into the couches when sitting down(takes forever to get back up out of). Both the couch and chairs were comfortable and in great shape so thank you! All the beach gear we needed, nice Tommy Bahama chairs, and being stored in the storage closet across from the elevators was very nice so we didn't have to drag the sand into the condo. All in all wayyy better than we ever could have imagined...already starting to plan our return trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sea Winds 10 times. We stayed in this condo for the last 6 years with 3 different owners. I believe the new owner bought this condo in early 2022. When we signed the agreement in the early Spring of 2022 everything in the condo was normal. When we arrived in March, 2023 the new owner had replaced the family room furniture and the dining room furniture with outdoor, wicker plastic furniture. The 2 chairs and loveseat were very uncomfortable to sit in. The previous owners had a very comfortable outdoor sofa on the balcony. It was replaced with Adirondack chairs that were not nearly as comfortable. I can't believe the new owner had the gall to furnish this expensive condo with this type of furniture. I am also disappointed that Harborview didn't require him to furnish this condo appropriately. I think it borders on fraud to hold this condo out as normal.

Only issue we had was the furniture it has outdoor furniture in living room and dinning area, It was hard to relax in the condo the furniture was not desirable not comfortable.
