The Best View of the Beach

Right on the beach with long lanai on the fifth floor!! It is available April and May for $2400. Includes all utilities plus wifi. Beautifully furnished studio condo at Sunset House. The views are fantastic and the best in the house. Furnishings include very comfortable queen size murphy bed with tempurpedic mattress, queen size sleeper sofa, recliner and 50 inch TV with cable and streaming. Granite countertop in well equipped kitchen. Large balcony with excellent sunset and gulf views. Shower waterfall or multiple spray option in bathroom. Large heated pool. Rent, $150 Sunset House Application Fee plus $100 cleaning fee. No pets.
