The living room has an oversized fan and a pull out couch with a top cushion that is memory foam for your guests.
Nicely update kitchen has glass backsplash, white cabinets, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Bosch dishwasher.
Separate bedroom has a queen size bed, room darkening shades and the en-suite has a tile shower, glass backsplash, white vanity with solid sink.
Community offers oversized sparkling heated pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, assigned parking, guest parking, laundry facility, extra storage and BBQ area. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs and more.
