Beautiful bay view
Condo is as advertised Beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. Very modern and clean. Fireplace worked well and can be used in a non heat mode. Beds were quite comfortable. Pool. hot tub, restaurants, boats were conveniently close. Tom is an excellent host.

Our children got along the entire time
Our girls are 7 and 12. They either love each other or hate each other while home. At Tom’s and the lovely Marco Island, they got along so well our entire stay. It was so beautiful there and so much to work with swimming, renting a boat and booking a jet ski rental. Can’t wait to go back!

Condo was immaculate. It featured stunning views of the bay. It was centrally located which was a big plus. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo. The owner thought of everything. Owner was a call away. Condo had a lot to do with the pleasant experience we had on Marco island. We hope to visit again soon.

Amazing view, convenience, comfort!
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week. It is beautiful - exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to cook when you weren't eating right down the stairs at Dolphin Tiki Bar (delicious!). It is walkable to many shops and restaurants. But overall, it was hard to leave the condo with the lovely screened in lanai and it's FABULOUS views! Tom was very communicative, and let us know when we could check in early, We definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Tom was an excellent host and was very easy to deal with. On the day of Check-in, he informed us that the property was ready ahead of our stated check in time if we wanted to come early. When we did have an issue, Tom came over in person and fixed the problem right away. We would recommend the property and would stay here again.

Weekend Paradise
We traveled for a wedding and could not have been more pleased. I travel extensively for work and this is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Check in was flawless, location was perfect and communication with Tom was excellent before during and after our stay. Be certain to visit the Dolphin Tiki Bar. We also thoroughly enjoyed a sunset dolphin cruise with Eco tour.

Perfect Condo near the Beach
Tom is a wonderful host. He responded quickly to all my questions and graciously accommodated our last minute changes. The condo looks exactly like the photos and description. We had enough space for our family (my husband and parents) and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time on Marco Island
I’ve always wanted to come to Marco Island for vacation and it did not disappoint! We loved the view and location of Tom’s condo - it’s close to everything! We enjoyed the Dolphin Tiki bar, Tigertail Beach (go past the lagoon), Avi’s jetski tour around 10,000 islands (with Dolphins!), parasailing with Sky’s The Limit (ask for Christian) and Winterberry Beach (Turtle Parking is right by the public access). The condo was perfect and Tom’s helpful information about the condo, parking and the building was much appreciated.

Quiet with a great water view and delicious restaurant close by.
Only issue was with remote controls for fans, lights, and tvs. They all worked in different rooms no matter how we tried to remedy the situation! Actually gave us a chuckle when my friend went to bed, turned her fan light off and mine went on!! Other than that it was clean, attractive decor and comfortable. The owner was accessible and very helpful.

Excellent place for a first visit to Marco Island
The condo is perfectly clean and in excellent shape. You don't see the sunrise or sunset but you have a great view of the harbor from the lanai and the master bedroom. You're 10 - 15 minutes from anything you want to see or do and the pools and jacuzzis are wonderful when you've had enough of the beach. The tiki bar is great as long as you're not in a hurry. The host was quick to respond and the place had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the sharp contemporay design.

Easter 2021
Had an amazing Easter week on Marco Island! This condo has everything you need and is in perfect condition. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and all the updates made it feel like a brand new condo. And that view of the bay is amazing! On our last morning we saw dolphins and if you like to fish you can fish just steps away from the condo. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Marco!!

Perfect location in the heart of Marco Island
We had amazing experience at Marco Island in this luxurious condo. Everything was newly renovated, extremely clean, with lots of amenities at our fingertips. We did everything from boating, fishing, biking, kayaking, jet skis, and more. The restaurant at the condo even cooked our fresh fish we caught!! We can't wait to go back!!

Beautifully renovated place
Great view, SUPER clean, well laid out, lots of amenities available for use as well it is close to some great family owned places to eat, places to shop. The only thing I would warn is if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. It is an older building and the windows do not buffer the outside noises. Kitchen it big too so plan to eat in, Publix is right around the corner! You will not be disappointed.
