  • This beautiful Marco Island home is 1/3 mile from the beach and the JW Marriott. An easy 5 minute walk. Don’t under estimate being walking distance to the beach! There are only 2 public parking lots and very often they’re full leaving you zero parking options.

    The house features a large, and heated pool with private, large screened lanai. The pool feature salt systems. There is a privacy fence between the pool and the neighbors in the back (hard to find in Marco!!).

    The home has been completely updated. The large, open kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The home features two living areas. The family room has a 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV, cable, free high speed internet, DVD player and large built-in bar. Front sitting area is large and bright for relaxing, reading, playing board games or conversation. All the main living areas and kitchen have beautiful travertine floors.

    The master bedroom has a deluxe king size mattress and has slider from the master bath to the pool and lanai. All the flooring in the 3 bedrooms have been recently updated with gorgeous ceramic tile. Each bedroom has a high quality mattress, flat screen TV. The master bath has new cabinets, double sink, granite and large shower.

    The Lanai, outside of the house and pool deck were just recently painted. There is a Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagon are all provided for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen!

We loved our stay here - the house was a short walk to the beach with all the beach supplies one could need, had a lovely saltwater pool, and fit our group of 6 very comfortably. Communication with the host and property manager was very easy - we hope to be back soon!

This home was very clean and spacious, within walking distance to the beach. Many restaurants and shops were a short drive away. The pool was a great addition to have at the end of the day especially traveling with teens. We will definitely book this property again.

Good property and excellent value. Location is fabulous…just a 5 min walk to the public beach access. Property was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed and more…even many spices for cooking! Parking in the driveway was easy and accessing the property was, too. The garage was full of toys for the beach including chairs, bikes, a canopy, wagon…everything you could possibly need. Furniture and linens were a little older and worn, but very comfortable. Owls across the street made appearances whenever we looked for them! Hosts were great communicators! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

Great Marco Island house with pool!

This was perfect! We stayed here for a wedding we had at the JW Marriott. It was very close and convenient. We particularly liked hanging around the pool, using the pool noodles, and biking all around with the bikes included in the garage. The host was very accommodating for us and everything was great!

Perfect Family Vacation

This is the second time our family has stayed at this house. It is setup perfect for our needs. The whole house is clean and easy to navigate. The beach is a block and a boardwalk away (5 minute walk) and the house comes with everything you need for the beach from sand toys, to chairs and umbrellas and the carts to get them and young children there. It was nice that the pool is both heated and shaded for much of the day. We were able to get sun, but swim at all hours of the day without have to worry much about sunscreen or burning. That being said, there is still plenty of sun and chairs to enjoy it in.There are bikes as well. It would have been great to have a couple of kids seats or a tag along with the bikes for our kids but that feels nit-picky since everything else is perfect.
