Take advantage of the location here are the beautiful Seaview complex! The building is located directly across the street from 1 of only 4 public beach access points on the entire island. This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices! Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

******4/18/2025 - The building association has notified us of new asphalt for the parking lot. This work is scheduled to start on Tuesday June 3rd at 9:00am. The parking lot will not be accessible for approximately one week, weather permitting. We have made arrangements with the Marisol condominium next door to allow renters or guests to park there. As we get closer to the start date more information regarding what you need to do to use their parking lot.

Great location

Great location, clean and comfortable space, great location for beach access (5 min total walk time with family to water from condo) , plenty of beach toys and chairs for family and a short car ride to all attractions/restaurants.

Perfect location

Nice place with great access to beach. We used the lanai every night to watch sun go down. Had everything you needed for a fun day at the beach.

location was great

Location was great - quick walk to beach, views of sunset and even a small view of ocean. Condo was stocked well -- kitchen, beach, etc. An area of improvement could be better bed sheets, ours were silly, newer coverlets or comforters , main mattress was a little iffy. Although bathrooms not updated, that didn't bother us. Please was very clean.

It was very clean with extra towels and beach gear including a push cart. The bathrooms could be updated and the kitchen disposal wasn't working. Other than that it had all we needed for our stay. The pool was nice to use on a Rip current warning high waves day. Its location is easily accessible to the beach.

Everything there for convenience

Everything you’d need for your stay at the beach , couldn’t have been nicer place to stay BUT some of the elderly residents are grouchy and watching everything you do , grandson eating gold fish crackers at picnic table , they had to comment no food or drink at pool and a couple minutes after dusk while grandchildren finishing swim they yelled off 4th floor get out of pool and yelling at adult guests too. And I’m talking 8:30 pm not 2 am.

Some small things could be updated such as beach chairs (we ended up purchasing two and left them there) larger umbrella and master bed linens. Garage disposal worked great. Plenty of beach and bath towels to use and a beach cart to haul all the beach stuff which was fabulous to have. There is a broom and dust pan. Plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils, pots and pans and appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. Ample parking garage on site. You do need to complete a registration form on site for a parking pass and place in box. It is free to do. Otherwise, your vechile may get towed. I would stay here again. Pool was fine; I am eager to see if they are remodeling it late summer 2022.

The unit is supplied with everything you need from kitchen pots, pans, dishes, glassware to extra bed linens and plenty of towels!! There are even beach chairs and beach towels. The only suggestion is that BOTH bathrooms REALLY need updated!!
