Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Marco Island, FL and just a 5 minute walk (about 1/4 mi.) to the Beach and the popular Marco Walk Plaza where you will find 6 restaurants and bars. This is really convenient as beach parking can fill up quickly. Beach cart can carry beach items on your walk. For those who prefer, there is a parking lot near beach walkway and also a car drop off area for guests at beach entrance.
This home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, and den with sofa bed. Sleeps 8. The pool has a large deck area for sunbathing as well as a covered deck for dining. Pool heat is included mid December through end of March. There is and extra charge for pool heat April -Dec. 20. Contact owner if you wish to add pool heat.
Other amenities include, washer and dryer, 3 televisions all with wifi access, DVD player, wheeled picnic coolers, wheeled beach cart, beach chairs and toys, beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests are provided with starter supplies I.e. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. This is a beautiful home and was built in a wonderful community. Enjoy nice weather, walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and just relax. We also have baby crib, pac n play, and high chair in request.
Our home is located a five to seven minute walk to the beach and the Sunset Grill and you can also walk to the popular Marco Walk Plaza where you will find several fine restaurants, dine-in movie theater, ice cream shop, gift shop, mini-golf. It is about a 1 mile walk to the world famous Marriott Resort with fine dining, sunset fire dancers and other beach activities.

The house is well equipped and has everything you need. Beds and furniture are comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach access is just down the street. The home owner was easy to reach and addressed an issue with the pool immediately. The house is laid out well and spacious enough for privacy. Highly recommend this property and will likely stay again!

Wonderful home & location

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. Great location and the pool was great as well as the many beach and pool toys for my grandson. We also used the high chair and crib which was very convenient. Very well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great spring break

I took my twin daughters and their best friends on their final high school spring break trip to Marco Island. This house was ideal - walking distance to the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Owners had all the amenities we needed. Weather was absolutely perfect, too! I highly recommend this property!

2024 Thanksgiving Family Trip

This property was in a great location to the beach and shops. Literally a ten minute walking distance! Very clean and well managed. Quiet neighborhood with a very nice pool. I Will definitely stay there again. Very peaceful.

Beautiful home close to the beach

We enjoyed our time at this home that had everything you needed for a great stay. Excellent communication during booking and Patrick, the owner, was very accommodating which was appreciated. All the info you might need during your stay was in a binder which answered all questions you may ask while at the house. First time we had a seamless stay with not one issue or question. We would visit again without hesitation.

Perfect FL family vacation

This is such great property, very conveniently located within the walking distance to the beach and the local restaurant (about an hour from Fort Myers Airport, and about 40 minutes from Naples). The house is very clean, and has everything, to make your stay very convenient and comfortable. We had great communication with Patrick, the owner of the property, and would definitely consider coming back once the chance comes up.

Another wonderful stay....

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The layout of the home, comfortable decor, proximity to the beach, and quiet neighborhood is perfect. Marco Island has become a busy place (especially during the beginning of April), but the stay in this home puts you in a quite spot on the island, within walking distance of all of the action when you are ready to partake. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful memories in Marco Island

This was our fourth time staying in this home. The location is a short walk through a quiet neighborhood to beautiful South Marco Beach. The home is very clean and comfortable for a family. The owners provide clear check-in/check-out instructions and are very responsive to any needs.

Relaxing Family Getaway

This was our first time visiting Marco Island but hopefully not our last! We had such a lovely stay at this home, which is saying a lot considering we traveled with three kids 4 and under! The pool and amenities made it so relaxing and EASY, and we were able to just soak up our time together. The beach, many restaurants, and delicious gelato were an easy, safe walk away, and we especially loved the restaurants right on the water. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday!

Two weeks on Marco

The property is well suited for an extended stay. The heat pump keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature, even when the weather is cool, like the first week of our stay.The only suggestion I have is that a small amount of laundry detergent should be provided because renters are asked to launder the towels before ckecking out.

Great Place

First family trip to Marco. Home was perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Private backyard with very nice pool and covered outdoor space. Easy walk to South Marco beach. Host was kind and easy to work with. Would definitely return!

Great Location!

This was a very comfortable house that felt like home. We loved the layout. The kitchen was well stocked but we would have liked more microwaveable plates, as we heat up leftovers a lot. The house had plenty of plates but only 4 that could be used in the microwave. The best feature was the location: Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again.

Quiet and convenient

The home is lovely and well maintained. The pool was lovely and well cared for, and the pool heater worked perfectly. The street was quiet and parking at the home was so easy, in the driveway or garage, yet there is only a seven minute walk to the wonderful main beach for exercise or sunset-watching. Several good dining options are within walking distance, or an easy drive. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay for our two-week respite in the latter half of January.

We loved Marco Island!

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island. We enjoyed staying at Patrick's place. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Decor was warm and friendly. The beds were comfy. The pool and outdoor area is a dream! The only negative was we couldn't turn the thermostat down. It was 80 degrees at night. There was a phone number to address this issue, but we didn't get around to calling it. Next time - yes, can't wait to go back- we will.
