Nice place right on the beach, complimentary umbrella, chairs and beach towels when going to the beach. The pool amd hot tub closed at 8pm, to early for people on vacation.

The gym was closed and they only allow residents to use the beach bar bathroom but other than that we really liked the place

As a courtesy, the check-in could have been earlier when we arrived! Or at the least, there could have been an effort in the part of the front desk attendant! The valet guys were great!👍 The apartment/room very clean as well, w/clean sheets for the sofa bed, and plenty of towels! However, we had some neighbors in an adjacent or under our unit, which was #602, that in the afternoon after we were getting ready to go to Mother’s Day dinner, we tried sitting in the balcony and the smell of mariguana was so strong that we had to enter immediately and some of the odor followed us inside the room, and we felt in our clothes as well! Thank God the hotel/condo had left a feebreze in our room! Maybe you can emphasize in prohibiting smoking period inside the rooms or balconies!! Especially this particular and super strong; as ‘I am pretty sure,’ undesirable by many customers! P.s. The beach attendants were likewise absolutely great!👍

Sunday morning the workers by the work facility were arguing very loud at 8am. Very uncomfortable. We were woken up by this problem. There was also construction demoing going on which was very loud. We kept hearing demo hammers. Had we know this we would have booked somewhere else.

As an overnight getaway it was very good and better than expected. We highly recommend the Back Water Adventure of 10000 Islands on a Craig Cat. Amazing experience. We also recommend the off the beaten path local seafood restaurants on Capri Island and Goodland, both a 10 min drive from the hotel. Avoid Pinchers and Stonewalls at all cost.

Right on the beach. Great value. Beach towels and umbrellas in perfect position on beach. Easy access to Marriot and their restaurants as well as walking distance to a number of other dining spots. Valet parking and phenomenal view.

This was our first time at the property and we would definitely go back. It is the perfect spot to go enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and it’s white sand as well as enjoying all Marco Island has to offer.

Had an amazing ocean view on the 10th floor. Great view of the sunset. Room was nice and quiet until around 7:00 am when there started to be a lot of hammering and banging. Glad we were already up. Mattress could definitely use a replacement. Kept rolling towards the edge due to the ridge in the middle.

One of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in the world. What was very annoying though was to go frequently to the bathroom because you are forced to walk all the way from the beach to the reception although close to the beach there are restrooms but you can’t use even though you stayed at the location. Totally annoying and unacceptable

The room was old and dirty. Holes in the wall and paint coming off of the trim. Towels were brown and old. No attendants at the beach. The lounge chairs were old and dirty looking. It appears that the rooms are individually owned by third parties and rented on behalf of the resort. Wanted to leave and sleep in the car.

We were pleasantly surprised. The resort was lovely, comfortable, clean, convenient. We had to valet park every time we left the property, which was not ideal, but then parking was closed temporarily. Sami’s restaurant delivered great meal options in a pinch! I would stay again, and recommend.

Loved my stay! The property is beautiful, and very well situated, close to shops and dining. Just a few steps to the beach, with umbrellas and chairs for guests and a beach bar with great food and drinks. I had a lovely suite on the 10th floor with a balcony and great view of the sunsets. We enjoyed our stay, easy access to the beach. Chairs and Umbrellas and towels for the beach are provided first come. You cannot get drinks or food on the beach, no waiters but you can bring a cooler and there is a bar restaurant at the hotel you can eat and drink at.
