Hard to find two-bedroom, first-floor end-unit overlooking the canal and pool!



Within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Olde Marco, including just steps away from the famous Snook Inn!



This condo also has a boat dock right outside of the condo, and it’s available to use, but it must be reserved in advance.



This condo has 2 King Adjustable beds and a pull-out couch.

We also provide beach chairs and a small beach cooler, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island.

Property was in great, quiet neighborhood. The residents were wonderful to talk with around the pool. Snooks within walking distance for great food and live music was a big bonus!

Marco Island Condo

The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.

Marco Island Condo

We live on Marco Island and needed a place to stay while repairs were being done to our home. This condo was very reasonably priced and had two bedrooms. The condo is in an older development but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

Birthday Trip

We enjoyed our trip. The condo was a good distance to the beach and restaurants. Darin was very helpful and responsive to any questions. The accomodations were comfortable and everything we needed. The pool was warm and clean. We look forward to checking out more of the owners properties when we return to Marco.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We chose this property due to accessibility by boat. Boat docks are available. Two docks available to reserve , make sure to confirm docks are available before booking. Walking distance to Old Marco, Snook Inn, etc. Kitchen use a refresh on pots and pans, utensils. Not enough towels in bathroom for four adults. Comfortable space , would stay again..

We enjoyed our stay. We loved being beside the pool and walking distance to several great restaurants. Had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Beds and fury were very comfy. Only minor complaints- poor communication with owner and a very unorganized kitchen. Otherwise very happy!!

Convenient Short Stay

We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!
