Caitlin's Beachfront Condo

  • Beach front unit with a beautiful 8th floor southwest view over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the waves roll in from your master bedroom or living room balcony. This completely furnished unit is located at South Seas in a quiet gated community. Accommodations include king-sized bed in master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sized inflatable mattress. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, boche ball, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Boat docks are also available at an additional fee. Enjoy many nearby activities swimming, shelling, golfing, bicyling, tennis, scuba diving, para sailing, jet skiing, kayaking and fine dining.

    This two bedroom condo has been completely updated and offers an upscale vacation experience that will long be remembered. Kick back on the balcony with a cool drink, the views shown are what you will see. The gated complex features heated pool, tennis courts, an outstanding exercise facility and much more.

Marco Island condo with beautiful beach views

This is a clean place that is well maintained and has pretty much everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the nights were nice & quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, but the walk is worth it. The resort has a nice pool and tennis & pickleball courts. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The view and condo were great. Marco Island was wonderful. Close to beach and lovely pool. This building is close to Tiger Tail which makes for wonderful daily walks and shell collecting.

This stay was great. The condo was clean and all working order. The host was wonderful calling to make sure I was ok since hurricane Milton hit my first week. I definitely would stay again since Marco Island is wonderful!!

Great Trip

My family and I had a wonderful trip and felt very comfortable and at home! We loved that there were beach chairs, and beach toys there for us to use. We were a little taken off guard by the $100 parking tag that we had to purchase upon arrival but overall it was a lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was right below and never too crowded. The beach was a hike but I didn't mind as it was a nice walk through the sand or through the lagoon. Easy check in. And we love Marco Island, so much to do. as it was a nice walk it was a nice walk

We had an amazing family vacation here. The condo was very well stocked, clean and had the most amazing view. We had every meal out on the porch. I had read some reviews prior, that made me nervous, and wondered if it was family friendly. The host reassured me and when we arrived it was all families , especially at the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. The place is very convenient to shopping , restaurants and activities. The host always responded to me promptly. I highly recommend Caitlin’s Condo.

Loved every minute of it!

The location although far away from the beach and a little bit of a walk I felt like was the best location on the island. Lots of shells and secluded from the rest of the island. The only negative thing that I have to say is there was $100 fee to park which was not disclosed and when you're a family on a budget that irritated me a little bit. Overall though, amazing experience!

It was very enjoyable! Loved the condo! loved the beach & pool ,loved the security it had everywhere, loved how everything you needed for the week was available- towels, chairs, umbrellas, games, etc. I didn't like the size of TV in the master bedroom it was very small- Didn't like how far the walk to the beach pulling the wagon w/all our stuff on it was it's like a 15 minute walk- also, was surprised no food at the pool was not permitted. Overall it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Perfect place for summer vacation

Our family spent a week in August 2023 at Craig’s and Caitlin’s condo on beautiful Marco Island. We enjoyed every day there. The condo unit was perfect - clean, comfortable, and packed with everything you need to spend time on the beach - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and much more). The balcony view was great, the pool was clean. Check-in was quick and easy, condominium staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Craig stayed in touch and was ready to answer any questions. Overall - we had a great time and would love to come back in the near future. Thank you, Craig and Caitlin!
