Beachy and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home

  • Beachy and cozy this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located and close to Mackle Park, the Historical museum, the Ymca and the Library. As you enter you will find the formal living area with lovely view out to the pool area and lanai. To your left you will find the kitchen (stainless steel appliances) open to the dining area which comfortably seats 6 and an additional table that seats 4 guest along with bar stoools along kitchen counter. The family room has ample seating on the L shaped couch, to watch TV.. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom including his and hers sinks and a tub and shower combo shower. This spacious room also enjoys direct access to the lanai and pool. Situated on the opposite side of the home are two guest bedrooms which both enjoy a queen-size bed and a set of twins respectively. They share a bathroom also with a tub and shower combo. Move the fun outside and take a dip in the heated pool or lounge in the sun with the latest bestseller. The lanai also offers outside dining. Come take in all the beauty and tranquility that Marco Island has to offer in this lovely home.
