1621 Almeria Court- Discover your perfect Island getaway
We are pleased to offer this private waterfront vacation rental located on a canal, featuring a dock where you can fish or tie off a boat. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, including ample dining space, lounge chairs, an outdoor mini-fridge, and a heated pool with a built-in bench and table. Please note the pool is heated during winter months only and includes a cover to maintain temperature. This property is pet-friendly with owner approval and features a small fenced-in yard.
The interior is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath layout with a den, sleeping up to seven guests (two kings, one queen, and one twin bed). The home includes an eat-in kitchen with bar seating. A pool table is available for your enjoyment. Amenities include TVs with cable, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
While towels and linens are provided, this is a self-catering rental. We provide complimentary paper towels and bathroom tissue to get you started. Guests also have access to half of the garage, as well as a beach wagon, chairs, and towels for trips to the south beach access just two miles away. Shopping and dining are conveniently located nearby.
Please not the following: 1. $500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking. 2. Pets are ONLY accepted with Owner Approval. Once approved, additional pet fee and security deposit will be applied. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure inspection. Pet Fee is NONREFUNDABLE.
Residential Rules We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
