El hotel está muy bonito, limpio, moderno. La cama y almohadas muy buenas, la vista a la torre es impresionante. Muy buen trato, muy cercano a restaurantes y tiendas.

This is a small hotel with classic charm in a great location for walking or the metro. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all spoke English, which was a bonus. On the corner there is an amazing patisserie. There is an adequate complimentary breakfast at the hotel but skip it for the neighborhood spots.

Great location, spotless rooms and welcoming staff but very small rooms and reached by narrow winding corridors and fire doors with a step up or down in doorways. One lift and when used by housekeeping staff and unavailable you had to use the narrow steep spiral staircase to avoid long waits. A compromise between a great location and small awkward rooms with less than ideal access.

"Our shower had mouldy calking. When we were checking in the woman helping us ran off and didn’t return. Eventually we moved to another person. The shuttle was prompt but you must book your shuttle trip. The breakfast was good!"

"Good restaurant "La Terrasse" for dinner (closes at 11 pm) and breakfast. Comfortable room. The registration employee spoke in monosyllables while chewing gum and hasn't learned how to smile at guests. Not the kind of person who should be at a front desk."
