Pros: Ik heb lang zitten denken over hoe ik deze woning zo eerlijk mogelijk kon beoordelen. Ik vind het moeilijk.
In het voortraject heb ik gemaild met de eigenaar, in het Engels. Dit ging prima en hij reageerde heel snel. Dat vond ik zeer prettig. Hij mailde me details zoals het aders, de gps locatie en de contactgegevens van de persoon die ons daar zou helpen met bijvoorbeeld de sleutel.
De borg betaalden we cash, en dit kregen we op de dag van ons vertrek weer terug.
De woning ziet er in het echt uit zoals op de foto! De woning is niet zo groot, maar er ligt een baas-zwembad naast! Top!
De ligging bij dit dorp was voor onze vakantie ook uitstekend, want we hadden overzichtelijke reistijden naar Cordoba en naar Sevilla, waar we graag naar toe wilden. Ook het dorp zelf is leuk en er is wel wat te doen en er zijn een paar terrasje, winkeltjes en restaurants.
Er waren voldoende pannen, bestek en servies en wij vonden de nespresso ook een fijn apparaat. Wifi was goed genoeg om alles rustig uit te zoeken voor onze dagtrips en ik heb zelfs nog een muziekprogramma van TV gestreamd! Toen de wifi 1 x niet werkte was een simpele reset (stekker er uit en weer er in) voldoende om dat op te lossen.
Het zitje onder de mooie lichte gordijnen op de witte pallets was heerlijk.
En het zwembad nog een keer. ik kon baantjes trekken, zo groot was het. En ik hou van zwemmen, dus dat was heerlijk. En het werd driemaal in de week onderhouden, maar zo vroeg, dat we daar geen last van hadden.
Het huisje is basic. Bestek is er voldoende, maar de kwaliteit is basic, Je krijgt het gevoel dat je niet te hard met je vork kan prikken. De vaatwasser maakte niet heel goed schoon, wat we vervelend vonden.
Er zaten ook veel vliegen, maar daar kan de eigenaar waarschijnlijk niets aan doen.
Er hing een vreemde geur. Met name in de badkamer. De geur was niet prettig. Ook hier denk ik niet dat de eigenaar er veel aan kan doen.
De twee slaapkamers hebben twee enkele bedden. Ik zou in een van de kamers een tweepersoons bed neerzetten. En de kwaliteit van de bedden was niet goed. We voelden de veren in het matras en zijn alle twee wel wakker geworden hierdoor. Ik denk dat met een kleine investering het slaapcomfort verbeterd kan worden voor toekomstige gasten
.
Verder waren er toch een paar zaken die kwalitatief niet helemaal in orde waren. Een deurkozijn in de badkamer, de ligbedden waren enigszins gammel de bank binnen zat niet lekker.
De meubels in de woonkamer waren teveel! Er stond een dubbele bank, een eettafel stond daar strak tegenaan en er stonden nog twee kasten en een tv tafel en een salontafel. Dat was teveel voor deze ruimte. Daar mag best iets weg, waardoor het ruimer voelt.
De vrouw die ons ontving was bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam! Helaas sprak ze alleen Spaans, en ik niet Gelukkig bracht Google translate hier de oplossing. Iemand die Engels spreekt, als is het gebrekkig, zou denk ik makkelijker zijn.
We hebben het naar onze zin gehad. De tuin was groot, de woning was schoon, er waren al wat kruiden, vuilniszakken, insectenspray en olijfolie (lekker, lokaal product) aanwezig. De airco in de slaapkamer vonden we heerlijk. Deze zat ook in de tweede slaapkamer en in de woonkamer, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Je leeft hier buiten. In elk geval in juni.
Wij waren gelukkig met de woning. Het voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Belangrijkste feedback van ons betreft dan de bedden. Ik zou deze vervangen voor bedden waar je geen veren voelt zitten. En een tweepersoonsbed zou ook een pre zijn.
We zouden niet schromen om nog eens terug te komen!
