Sehr gepflegtes und schönes Haus. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und hochwertig. Umfriedetes Grundstück mit einem automatischen Tor. Der Pool ist schön sauber und wurde einmal in der Woche kontrolliert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren schon sehr oft in Kroatien, aber die Gastgeber von diesem Haus haben alles übertroffen. Die Kommunikation war super, sehr freundliches Ehepaar, sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden mit geslbstgebackenen Keksen und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Im Kühlschrank schon Saft und Wasser. Der Pool wurde sauber gehalten,top. Die Lage von dem Haus war Ortsrand und sehr ruhig. Das Haus selbst war gut ausgestattet, alles da für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Ein kleiner Laden im Ort in dem man wirklich alles bekommt.

Erholung Pur

Es waren 2 Wochen Erholung pur. Rundherum alles ruhig. Im Ort ist ein kleiner Laden, der das notwendigste hat. Wer Trubel und Action will muss etwas fahren. Aber alles gut zu erreichen. Der Pool hat die richtige Größe um sich abzukühlen und für 2 Teenager zum planschen. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Ehemann sind super nett. hilfsbereit und wenn etwas ist, sofort da. Lavanda Marcana

Das Haus ist zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Der Pool wurde zweimal wöchentlich überprüft und gereinigt. Unser Urlaub mit der Familie in der Villa Lavanda war toll.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus was alles hat was man braucht. Der runde Pool ist nicht zu klein und das Grundstück groß genug. Innen ist alles in Ordnung. Manche Dinge würde ich anders machen, aber das gibt es immer. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus was man weiter empfehlen kann.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool hat sehr viel Spaß bereitet und die Sitzgruppe draußen haben wir oft zum Essen genutzt. Praktisch ist das komplett umzäunte Grundstück für das Auto und unseren Hund und die Aussendusche. Mirjana und Emil sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke noch einmal für alles, die Getränke im Kühlschrank am Anreisetag und die leckeren Pfannkuchen! Für uns war es mit 2 Kindern und Hund während unserem 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr entspannt! Wir fanden Cisterna Beach mit dem Hund gut. Nach Pula ist es nicht weit und nach Rovinj braucht man auch nicht lange.

Schönes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Istrien, die Suche nach einem Ferienhaus führte uns nach Marcana ins Holiday House Lavanda. Der Empfang von Mirjana und Emil war sehr herzlich. Im Haus befand sich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Was im Ort Marcana fehlt ist ein Bäcker.

Ein wundervolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Lavanda im Juli 2023 sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet und bestens klimatisiert. Der Garten mit dem netten, runden Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein - es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme und der Essplatz ist geradezu herrlich. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut - idyllisch, ruhig und ländlich. In den umliegenden Stränden und Buchten findet man überall ein schönes Plätzchen. Einkaufen im kleinen Laden im Ort ist zu Fuß möglich. Mirjana und Emil sind sehr herzliche und rundum bemühte Gastgeber - über einen leckeren Gruß aus der Küche oder ein freundliches Winken beim Vorbeifahren oder quer übers Feld haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir können dieses wundervolle Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns von Herzen bei Mirjana und Emil für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit. Fam. Scherl/A-Tirol

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool und Außenbereich

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Großer, gepflegter und sauberer Pool sowie Außenbereich. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort ist vorhanden, für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt es sich aber nach Pula zu fahren (ca. 15 Min. Fahrzeit). Der Weg zum Strand ist auch gut erreichbar (ca. 25 Min. zum nächstgelegenen Strand Luka Beach). Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Fleckchen in Istrien in einer schönen Gegend und ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem man definitiv auch länger verweilen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, stellenweise durch die wohnliche Nähe jedoch etwas überpräsent. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen :)

Zeit zu Zweit

War ein schöner Urlaub zu zweit. Der Check-In Vorgang lief reibungslos ab. Die Besitzer sind super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und mit Worten einfach nicht zu beschreiben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Villa war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Top Ferienhaus! Toller Aufenthalt!

Unser 14-tägiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Lavanda wurde von der großartigen Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter begleitet. Wir (5-köpfige Familie) haben den Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto von Pula entfernt. Gerade richtig, um morgens den Tag entspannt auf der Terrasse bei einem Frühstück zu beginnen und abends den Tag am Pool ausklingen zu lassen. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Von Marcana aus sind die umliegenden prominenten Ortschaften und die vielen wunderschönen Küstenabschnitte und Strände sehr gut zu erreichen. Die sehr netten Vermieter waren jederzeit per WhatsApp ansprechbar. Am zweiten Sonntag haben Sie uns sogar ein leckeres Frühstück mit istrischen Spezialitäten vorbeigebracht. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Die Gastfamilie ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat uns am Tag nach unserer Ankunft eine Liste mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände in der Nähe gegeben. Wir haben uns nach dieser Liste orientiert und sind prima damit gefahren. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht auch für den ersten Tag ist das meiste vorhanden. Es waren sehr schöne 14 Tage. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein wunderbares Haus mit allem was man braucht. Alles da von Kaffeemaschine bis hin zur Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage,Handtücher usw. Ganz ganz liebe Vermieter die sofort per sms oder sogar vorbei kommen wenn es irgendwas gibt im Haus oder wenn man fragen hat. Das Haus liegt so ruhig totale Entspannung!!! Auch super mit Hund weil komplett das Grundstück geschlossen ist. Das Auto steht auch sicher auf dem Grundstück!!! Der Pool ist super war sehr angenehm bei der Hitze wenn man mal nicht ans Meer möchte. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und danke nochmals an Mirjana und Emil für diese schöne Woche !!!!

Charmantes Haus mit eigenem Garten und viel Ruhe

Urlaub in der Villa Lavanda, Sept. 2021

Sehr schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man braucht. Ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem zentral um die Gegend und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden zu können. Durch den Pool und den rundum eingezäunten Garten auch hervorragend für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Auch unser Hund hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Genügend Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund waren auch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und waren stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir wurde mit srl selbstgemachten Pfannkuchen begrüßt und Mirjana hat uns ein ganz tolles Frühstück zubereitet, als Entschuldigung dafür, daß im Pool der Filter defekt gegangen ist,woran ja keiner schuld hatte. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort und können dieses Ferienhaus nur gerne weiterempfehlen! Wir danken noch einmal Mirjana und Emil für ihre Fürsorge und Herzlichkeit! Ein toller Urlaub in der sehr schönen Villa Lavanda

Die Villa Lavanda ist genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und für Familien bestens geeignet. Unsere Kinder hatte richtig viel Spaß mit dem Pool und wir Erwachsenen haben die Ruhe und den tollen Ausblick genossen. Es war alles da was man braucht und Mirjana und Emil sind unglaublich nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, die sich wirklich um alle Belange für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gekümmert haben.
