Single-family house "Neja", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Loborika 6 km from the centre of Marčana, 6 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 07.Oct.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, sandy beach 17 km pebble beach 10 km. Tennis 15 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 8 km, National park Brijuni 13 km, Nature park Rt. Kamenjak 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang

Alles top Der Vermieter/in sehr freundlich, flexibel. Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Haus Sauber , gut gelegen. Können wir zu 100 % empfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen:-)

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es wurde erst vor 4 Jahren komplett renoviert. Wer das gesamte Haus mietet bekommt drei Bäder und drei Küchen. Das Haus hat drei Fernseher und drei Waschmaschinen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Nachbargrundstück was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Für fragen oder Hilfe war er oder seine Frau immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben einen Arzt benötigt und die Frau ist mit uns sofort dort hin gefahren. Als wir am Ferienhaus angekommen sind wurden wir mit Grappa und Getränken für die Kinder begrüßt. Uns wurde gesagt das Lautstärke überhaupt kein Problem ist und wir unseren Urlaub einfach nur geniessen sollen. Und so war es auch. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

De villa is gelegen in een rustige buurt. De zee is op ongeveer een 20 rijden. Het is een ideale plaats om even tot rust te komen. De mensen van het huis waren zeer vriendelijk en konden zeer goed Engels.

Idealna lokalizacja- 7 km do Puli z atrakcjami, restauracjami i sklepami a jednocześnie cisza, spokój i pełen relaks. Czysto, funkcjonalnie, mili i dyskretni gospodarze- polecam!
