Villa ORADA for 6 persons is about 2.5 km from the sea and has 2 bedrooms from the sea view. The house also has a beautiful plot with a 24qm pool and a very spacious Freisitz incl. Outside kitchen with grill and own ancient pizza oven. The rooms are tastefully decorated, renovated the bathrooms new and modern. The house has heating and air conditioning at the same time in the summer. A covered terrace on the generous property, which offers enough shade, ensures relaxing food and lingering from morning to night with a view of the pool and the beautifully designed grounds. For children there is space for playing in the garden and in the nearby surroundings, as the house is traffic-calmed. SAT TV and Wi-Fi network are naturally present. Purchases may be made in place. The supermarket is open all year round, the baker for the summer season. Restaurant and bar also on site, as well as many in the vicinity. The famous beach Duga Uvala is within easy reach in about 8 minutes.

Ein Ort zum entspannen und erholen

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche dort haben es aber sehr genossen . Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt zum entspannen. Es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Ein und auschecken war völlig unkompliziert . Wir können es wirklich sehr empfehlen . Wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen .

Herrlicher Ort zum Erholen ab der ersten Minute

An diesem liebevoll ausgestatteten Ort habe wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft erkunden und Kontakt zu Menschen bei der Olivenernte oder Schnapsbrennen finden, zeigten Freundlichkeit und Willkommensein. Die Küste erkunden und im Meer schwimmen und die alte Stadt Pula entdecken machten Spaß. Schnell vor Ort einkaufen gehen, einen Kaffee trinken oder eine Pizza essen, im Haus kochen - alles sehr entspannt. Wir kommen gerne mit Freunden wieder und empfehlen Euch weiter.

In diesem tollen, perfekt ausgestatteten und mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Haus konnten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes entspannen und bei schönen Ausflügen den Alltag hinter uns lassen. Auch wir können das "House Olive" jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Wohlfühlurlaub für die ganze Familie

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 2 Erwachsenen und drei Kinder gab es ausreichend Platz . Der Empfang bei der Ankunft und die Einweisung waren sehr herzlich.Das ganze Domizil ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einwandfrei und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Sauberkeit und Ambiente sind hervorragend! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir bekamen zahlreiche Tipps bezüglich Essensmöglichkeiten und Badestrände. Der Ort ist klein, recht ruhig und beschaulich. Es gibt einen Bäcker, eine Post und zwei Lokale - was will man mehr! Alles in allem kann man das Haus um Familie Enghardt absolut weiterempfehlen!!

für Ruhesuchende und Anspruchsvolle

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolute Ruhe im Umfeld, die Dachterasse romantisch, die Nähe zu Pula (20 min. mit Auto) und zum glasklaren, aber ohne Touristenansammlung wunderschönen Strand Duga Uvala (15 min) machen das Objekt reizvoll. Man sollte wissen, dass es ein Reihenhaus (4 Häuser) ist, aber keine Nachbarn da sind. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Hallo, ihr beiden, sanft beleuchtet empfing mich euer wunderschönes Steinhaus mitten in der Nacht mit dem tiefen Eindruck, ein liebevolles Zuhause angeboten zu bekommen. und das ist es auch - schlichte beeindruckende Eleganz und einladend, mit allen Sinnen aufzunehmen und für eine Zeit dort zu leben. Gratulation! Ein Genuss, wie ihr das Haus pflegt, umfassende Ausstattung, schöne Lage mit wenigen Kilometern zum Meer, der Blick von der Dachterrasse ein Traum - einfach zum zeitlosen Verweilen.
