Idyllically situated vacation home with pool for 6

  • Embedded in pure nature, Haus Marija is idyllically situated in the small hamlet Cetinici. 15 km from the western coast of Istria near Fazana you can experience a relaxing and peaceful holiday here.
    On the first floor of the house there is a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower/bathtub/WC and a washing machine. On the second floor are the bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and another bathroom. There is also a sofa bed for two people in the living room, so that a total of 6 people can spend their vacation here.
    Outside, in addition to the 25 m² pool, there is a beautiful terrace with kiwi trees for cozy evenings at the barbecue.

Very nice place

Very tidy und clean place with a very clean pool. Nice place to sit outside in the shade. About 15 km from each coast. Very friendly landlord.

Für Familien geeignet

Schönes altes aber Renoviertes Haus für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen. Sehr großes Grundstück auf dem noch ein kleines Separates Apartment steht und auch der Grundstück Besitzer auf diesem Wohnt. Aber man hat seinen eigenen Bereich (Terrasse & Pool) aber auch sonst kann man sich frei bewegen. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die besten auf dem ich bis jetzt in Kroatien geschlafen habe. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen aber mit dem Auto 10 min bis nach Vodnjan wo man Essen, spazieren und auch Einkaufen gehen kann. Die nächsten Strände sind mit dem Auto in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt

Gute Lage um mit dem Auto den südlichen Teil Istriens zu erkunden. Sehr sauber, auch wenn ein Teil der Einrichtung etwas hochwertiger sein könnte. Sehr nette und hilfreiche Inhaber. Hundefreundlich.

Bardzo ładny, czysty, zadbany dom, basen i ogród. Właściciel miły i dostępny w każdej chwili. Położenie idealne, w odległości maksymalnie 20 kilometrów jest kilkanaście różnorodnych plaż. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Wyjazd bardzo udany. Polecam!

Sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Idyllish, sehr sauber

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt sehr nette Eigentümer und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet es sieht wie gerade erst renoviert aus es ist alles da was man braucht. Besonders auf die Sauberkeit wurde viel wert gelegt. Der Pool ist echt ein Highlight. Zeit kann man sich super durch Tischfußball und Tischtennis vertreiben wenn man mag. Etwas Gewöhnungsbedürfrig sind nur die Hunde in den anliegenden Wohnhäusern. Diese jaulen und bellen desöfteren. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Und können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem gepflegten Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage auf dem Land

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und unsere Erwartungen haben uns nicht enttäuscht. Die Austattung und Beschreibungen des Anbieters stimmen vollkommen überein. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Ferienhaus wurde uns in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben. Bettwäschewechsel und mehrmals neue Handtücher durch den sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Kommunikation mit Toni (Vermieter vor Ort) hervorragend und zahlreiche Tipps auf Wunsch erhalten, wie z.B. wo die schönsten einsamen Strände sind, welche Konoba zu empfehlen ist und bei welchem einheimischen Bauern und Winzern es sich lohnt vorbeizuschauen. Fazit: Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre und wer sich nicht scheut ein paar Kilometer zum Einkaufen und Strand zu fahren ist hier genau richtig! Toni wir kommen wieder!!!!!!!!!! Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wie im Inserat beschrieben, so haben wir es auch vorgefunden. Die Leute sind sehr Gastfreundlich. Der große beleuchtete Pool wurde von früh bis späht von unseren Kindern genutzt. Das einzige, was nachteilig ersehen werden kann, ist die Entfernung zur Küste. Dieses ist jedoch im der Beschreibung erwähnt. Das Ferienhaus ist zu empfehlen!
