    Welcome to your dream rental on a spacious lot and a half in the heart of Lakeside! This charming property is located in the desirable 200 block on Laurel Avenue and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Enjoy stunning views of Lake Erie from the porch, yard and front bedroom. This home was beautifully renovated in 2018 and includes all new HVAC, roof, gutters and gutter guards. The open floor plan is highlighted by a gorgeous updated kitchen that's ideal for entertaining or enjoying quiet family meals. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms,
    there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. First floor bedroom has two twins over queen bunks. Main bedroom upstairs has one queen bed. Second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. This was a cook’s heaven with every gadget and spice you could imagine. Beds were great. We really appreciated access to the outdoors kittens in the shed. Great great location and good AC. We hope to return!!
