Premium Suite 1 - Safari Tent - Private Deck/Hot Tub

Unwind and relax in your luxury safari tent while sitting high on the hilltop overlooking Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. This retreat with Heating and A/C includes a kitchenette and full bathroom. Take advantage of your private deck and personal hot tub either by day or starlit night. This is the perfect couple's getaway to escape the daily grind, celebrate an occasion or to reconnect. Also included is a community area with a pond pool, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and lounging area.

The property features 4 luxury tents each with their own private deck and courtyard. The community area features a binzebo with a bar, gas grill, dining area, hot tub and lounging under the stars.

Private parking with gated entrance to resort area.

Lake access is just a short drive down the street at Turkey Bend Recreation Area. Boat ramp 8.3 miles away at Gloster Bend Recreation Area. Entry fees apply at both parks. Ample parking for your personal watercraft.

Great New Years getaway

We stayed over New Years and had a wonderful time. The hosts made great recommendations on places to eat for NYE. The hot tub was a great way to unwind as well. Close to Marble Falls for a nice drive into town and also to Long Horn Cavern state park.

Best on the Rocks EVER

Accommodations were AMAZING!!! What you see in the pics is exactly what you get. The hosts thought of everything to make our trip relaxing and memorable. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Just What We Needed

My wife and I did a late anniversary stay and absolutely loved the place. We stayed in the tent with the hot tub and it was perfect. Great getaway, beautiful views, and gave us the ability to disconnect for a few days. We will definitely be back!

EXCEPTIONAL Weekend Getaway

If you are looking for a secluded get away to recharge, this is the place. The view of the hill country is beautiful and the accommodationsn far exceeded our expectations. The owners are very friendly and were quick responders to our questions and needs.

Dry nice and quiet

Everything in the listing is exactly as described. The communication with the host is outstanding, we were the only ones on the property for Valentine’s Day so it was very quiet and relaxing. The host even brought us some chocolate covered strawberries and cookies for Valentine’s Day. We would highly recommend this property.

Different and Unique

I wasn’t sure what to expect but the place did not disappoint. Don’t forget your ice if taking a cooler. The space was pleasant and relaxing. The summer nights had cool well ventilated air on the deck while lounging on the outdoor patio.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a great stay with Mark. I had many questiins leading up to the trip and Mark quickly answered them all. The GPS brought us right to it but it sits up on a hill so you can easily pass it the first time. Weather wasnt the greatest but I will say even with wind and heavy tstorms the tent was like being in a building in terms of sturdiness. Smaller town vibes 20ish minutes away but it was an R&R wknd for us. Looking to book as a group this fall highly recommend

A Hidden Gem (Highly Recommend)

We were absolutely blown away by Mark and Leslie's property and lodging. It was our 1 year marriage anniversary and my husband had always wanted to stay in a yurt, well I couldn't find a yurt and stumbled upon these tents. The pictures do not do it justice. I love how each tent has its own privacy wall and deck but there is a community space. I was worried how cold it would be since we were not expecting the cold front, but the tents are well insulated with air conditioning/heater. The bed with all the fluffy pillows was one of the most comfortable stays I have had. I enjoyed laying in bed with coffee and watching the sunrise from inside the tent. It was truly a magical experience and we can't wait to come back and bring some close friends to share the experience with. Mark and Leslie have gone to the highest degree to make these a luxury stay. You won't be disappointed.
