"The pool is fantastic and the staff are extremely warm and welcoming. The gardens are pretty and our room was spacious, clean and the air conditioning, bed and shower were all good. The entertainment amenities (bikes, golf, tennis, games room etc) are very dated and could use a refresh - but we were mainly there for the pool and to break up the journey to Wilpattu after flying into Colombo, so it was fine for us and what we needed. "Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. "

"Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid. I do not recommend this place! Wrong address and phone number And I still haven’t received my money back."
