"We were two families (10 people), and the house was perfect for us, and we would have been comfortable with even more people. The housekeeper and property manager take great care of guests. "The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. "

It is centrally located in town, about a 10-min walk from the train to Machu Picchu and a 5-min walk from the town center.Great views, comfortable beds, and nice kitchen amenities. However, the street dogs were very audible at night, and it was difficult to sleep even with earplugs."

"Thanks to the staff here, I was back in Cusco after a day in macchu piccu and had a horrible acute case of soroche. They sorted me out straight away with oxygen in the room, which made me able to get up and out to a flight. My partner also reports that the breakfast spread was the best of the whole holiday (including hotels with much bigger claims of luxury)"
