Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Room was quiet and I slept well. Included breakfast was good too. The hotel is in the city center. Not much space to work in the room, but nervertheless totally worth the price.

Great clean hotel

Great very clean hotel with comfortable beds in a central location. Very friendly staff who helped me a lot when I had an issue with my flight getting cancelled and finding an alternate transport for me. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Maputo.

This place is definitely a prime spot to stay in since it’s near most downtown must sees, the room is extremely clean and the AC and shower work wonders. Due to external events (riots/protests) the hotel could not arrange transportation to and from the airport which is understandable and out of their control, would highly recommend to visitors coming to Maputo.

Invest in your people to learn English. I had to ask for the clothes rail which is a basic room necessity. Rooms did not have milk for coffee and were told to get it from Spar. Parking arrangements is terrible, and it needs to reviewed. Eating area needs to be reviewed and breakfast is terrible. Stop mixing your eggs with water. The standard of breakfast was very poor.

The staff was so unhelpful with everything. I called the evening before my arrival to ask for the free airport pickup offered and they said I needed to call during the day to book the driver. I called the next morning and they said it was too late, I couldn't book it because it was less than 24 hours (even though I originally called in time). I asked for an airport drop off instead, but they said that would be extra. My room wasn't cleaned the first two days I stayed there even though I asked the front desk to do it while I was out of the room. The final day they cleaned even though I didn't want it because I was checking out just a few hours later. So I had to wait for half an hour in the hallway. It's like they went out of their way to subtract value from the stay.
