The service was horrible! We tried to contact the hotel to cancel the booking 4 days in advance but they did not pick up their calls neither did they respond to our messages. We asked Expedia to help us get a refund since we had paid for 18 nights and ended up only staying there for 10 nights as we were moving towns due to a emergency response. The front desk manager communicated to Expedia that we stayed at the Hotel for the 18 nights which is a big lie. I find this to be very unprofessional. Other than lack of professionalism on the from desk side, the hotel amenities were excellent, huge pool and clean rooms.

Nice and quiet green place needing new showers

An older establishment which is very spacious and quiet and green with nice pool, gym, tennis and restaurant. Breakfast is very good with lot of choices of hot and cold foods. Nice location close to un and embassies and the main roads. Staff can be nicer and service is very slow for room service or when need something like it took them 3 hours to bring mosquito spray after one night didn’t bring at all. There are lot of mosquitoes maybe due to heavy trees around. The rooms are quite large with very good comfortable bed and linen. Tv and ac is good as well as net. Toilet needs to definitely be looked at with the cheapy kind of shower with the handle not a proper shower head. I think that’s my major problem here. Overall it’s nice place which is quiet and big rooms with nice veranda outside but can use some new toilet works and faster service.

Excellent Hotel, but with a gated community feel

It is a wonderful, world class hotel in a safe and elite neighborhood. This latter part may be an issue to those who want to be in the midst of it all. It is not in the midst of all the action. It has a secluded, gated community feel to it.

Pleasant inexpensive hotel in the diplomatic area. Great pools, tennis courts, etc. Secure parking. Rooms small but adequate amenities, AC, 'fridge, tea, coffee etc. Bathrooms dated but clean. No breakfast before 07h00 which is inconvenient.

We had great time at the hotel. Free wifi every where around the hotel. Amazing continental breakfast, the swimming pool was clean. The gym was a bonus. Overall I will recommend it to anyone.

Great Stay

Great stay. Hotel complex is close to all embassy & very safe to walk about at night. easy to find from airport & also close to beach & small shopping malls & café. Staff were wonderful & very helpful with direction. Room clean & very comfortable after a longer day at cement plant. Pool & gym & other out door services welcome to help you relax. Nice and comfortable hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The sports center and spa were really great! Loved the spa treatment I got. It was a bit frustrating that most of the staff do not speak English so the language barrier became a problem at times. Especially when ordering food in the restaurant. The set up encourages you to exercise. Lovely stroll to the rooms and availability of sporting facilities. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Have stayed at Mirassol Indy twice now and find it well located, comfortable, good amenities, adequate breakfast and good value. Since they put wi-fi routers in each room the wi-fi is now excellent.

Two night stay was enjoyable! Property is huge and pool is beautiful. Great gym, spa, cafe - rooms just okay, nothing fancy. In a quiet neighborhood, not walking distance to much.

Nice grounds&facilities, quiet diplomatic district

This hotel has an excellent gym and swimming pool, and is less than 20-minute stroll to beachside restaurants. Staff are very helpful, and the buffet breakfast excellent. Rooms are rather small, but with good amenities. It is away from the center, however... but not more than a ten-minute, USD five dollar taxi ride

Hotel em meio a um bairro de classe média alta e bem seguro, porém isolado. Os taxistas da porta cobram uma fortuna para levar as pessoas às distâncias irrisórias. Por isso pergunte o preço, negocie: não precisa ter medo de cara feia! Afinal, são taxistas, em sua maioria, da época colonial, afeitos a um tratamentos pouco afetuoso. O hotel é bom, num modo geral! O preço é justo e o restaurante é fantástico! Excelente café da manhã e as refeições são muito bem preparadas e saborosa. Às 4af. há um bufê de bacalhau! Uma delícia (para quem gosta)... A grande questão são as instalações: 1. Área da piscina: cadeiras, guarda-sóis e a própria piscina precisando de uma reforma. Mas se você não liga pra isso, dá pra aproveitar o ambiente, ainda que o senhor que trabalha no bar seja um grosso; 2. O quarto em si não é ruim. O problema é o banheiro e o serviço de quarto. O banheiro está precisando de uma reforma e as camareiras precisam de uma reciclagem, pois elas levam sua toalha de banho e deixam o tapete pendurando. 3. A recepção têm funcionários pouco proativos. Parecem depender da anuência de alguém para serem corteses. Por fim, pode-se tranquilamente se hospedar ali, mas tenha em mente que o pessoal e as instalações precisam ser reciclados.

Very Nice Hotel

I stayed there for a week duing my official trip to Maputo. It is a very nice and well maintained property in the VVIP area of Maputo. The use of Health club and Pool was complimentary. The speed of internet connection was excellent. The restaurant was bit expensice.
