"One working elevator for two days in a row with too many guests trying to go up and down, wait times were long, unacceptable for this caliber of hotel. Restaurant wait time were long, two employees for a restaurant full of guests, wait time were very long."

"Overall experience was good. Room was nice and had a decent amount of space for being a smaller room.The toilet however, is in its own small area and when I shut the door I was trapped inside. If someone was traveling alone they would have to call the front desk for assistance…if you don’t have your phone with you…good luck. The shower is also next to the door with no privacy to get undressed."
