6/10 Okay

"You advertise a pool & hot tub. The pool was so dirty it had two ducks swimming in it. The hot tub was dirty with leaves & stuff. That was disappointing. However, when the TV didn't work, someone came to fix it within minutes. When we couldn't figure out the shower, someone was there right now! The counter people were very nice when I told them they had vagrants hanging out in an alcove. She went right out & made them leave. So, although the hotel needs some refurbishing, you staff made our stay very comfortable. I must say, your staff was the best thing about your hotel."

"Overall nice and clean, but if you’re expecting to have some ice when you’re there you can forget it. I’ve machine in the refrigerator/freezer is off and empty. You have to turn the ice machine on and get about a dozen pieces of ice by morning. Inconvenient to say the least. I can think of several reasons not to have a shared ice machine but if you arrive a little late it’s a bit of an issue."

"Staff needs training in what a wash cloth is. I asked for two additional wash cloths and the young man at the desk brought out two bath mats. I said no a wash cloth is smaller than that, so he came back with two gand towels and it took too much energy to send back again and his line at that time had gone from zero to three people. The next night housekeeper came and gave me two wash cloths when asked. She was sweet and asked if there anything else."

"Room was gross and smelled funny. Front desk was all attitude and acted like I was interrupting her show, which was blasting in the other room. Decided to eat the costs and got another Hotel. Don’t bring a truck and trailer there’s not enough parking. Water and trash juices were flowing from their dumpster into the middle of the parking lot. Overall just a poor experience"

"The staff were slow, The pool and hot tub look like they have been closed for months and this info is not displayed during booking, the whole front lobby reeked of cigarettes, the fromt desk directly looks at the hot tub, the room was ok, but the door in the bathroom could barely open it hit the toilet every time it opened and the toilet was not secured to the ground. The shower did have decent water presser but it was so hard to get into because the door was in the way. Overall I would never stay here again it was awful."
