"Our stay at Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. We had a girls weekend to celebrate our birthdays, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like gold. The resort itself is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and the perfect setting for a relaxing and celebratory getaway. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Dinner at The Arbutus Room was a highlight of the weekend. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Thomas, our server, was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and full of personality. He made the evening feel celebratory without ever being overbearing, and his service truly elevated our dining experience. Our spa treatments were equally memorable. We each enjoyed a Dead Sea Body Wrap including a mini facial and massage. The whole spa experience was calm, rejuvenating, and impeccably run. What truly sets Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa apart is the people. The incredible staff made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and valued throughout our entire weekend.
