Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

This hotel is definitely out of the main area and you have to walk up a hill so if access is an issue f ind a hotel that is closer to town. We ended up having to take a Grab in and out Because there was lots of construction on the road. Not the best breakfast unfortunately breakfast options were very limited. The room was very spacious but it did have a musty smell that wasn’t pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hanoi Signature Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and professional from the front desk to housekeeping. They welcomed us and made us feel comfortable and safe from the minute we checked in. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit Hanoi, Vietnam. Everything is within walking distance, that was a big plus for us!

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

"イオンが近いので予約したが道路工事中のため、遠回りする必要があった。 ビンマート等の売店も近くにあります。 バス停は少し歩いた場所かイオン前なので荷物が多い場合はタクシー移動が無難です。 部屋は綺麗で広く快適でした。 難点は予約時にクレカで支払い済みでしたが、 チェックアウト時に支払いを求められたくらいです。 expediaで予約したと伝えても確認に少し時間がかかりました。 宿泊後にメッセージせ何かファイルが送られてきましたが、 何のファイルかわからないため開きませんでした。"
