Perfect for four

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an ok stay here for 3 nights, but for the price I don’t feel it was worth it. The house is extremely outdated with carpet in every room (including bathrooms) that does not feel clean to walk on barefoot. The towels are very old and worn. There isn’t a bbq pit and there weren’t any cleaning supplies, there was also only one trash bag. The dishes/pans were all dirty. If we didn’t have someone in the area to bring us things we wouldn’t have had them. It’s missing the convenience items you find in most air bnbs, such as charging stations and some snack items. The pictures are also misleading with the privacy of the hot tub. There’s nothing private about it. The golf course is directly there with constant golfers teeing off in view of the hot tub, there’s also a house with windows in direct view of it from the other side.If the price were lower I would be okay with it, but knowing they’re making an absolute killing off this place and can’t provide very minor updates makes me not feel great about it. Additionally, we arrived on a very hot day and it would have been nice if the windows had been left open with fans going so it wasn’t 85 degrees in the house when we arrived. There are better options in town I would go with while the house is in its current state.
