Only down was the room smelled from the chemicals that they used to clean the room. It took a couple hours to clear out the smell. Otherwise great room.

I arrived after office hours, but while I was reading the instructions for the key drop box the manager (who lives on site) stopped to see if I needed any help. Then while I was carrying things in from the car her husband came by and checked that everything was okay. And when I came back from dinner at the Big Wave Cafe (very good, and actually within walking distance) their adult son was passing by and also said to be sure to let them know if I needed anything.

Thank you Maggie for your feedback. We do have some walls that back up to other units that you can hear your neighbors at times. We are a historic building and have only owned the property a few years. We are trying to come up with a plan for sound proofing. For now, we do provide ear plugs for sleeping, and space our units reservations apart to help. Fall and winter are the quietest times since we are not usually completely full. We also have quiet times in place from 10pm-7am, and require check ins to be complete by 8pm as well. We are sorry you were negativity affected by noise.

I had a good stay. The only down side is that it had a hard bed, making it difficult to sleep deeply. For some, that’s important to know.

Thank you for the feedback. We do have a medium firm mattress with a 2" memory foam topper for softness. Its hard to have a bed made for all, but we try our best to be in the middle. We are glad you enjoyed your stay though. We hope to host you again in the future.

We had one of the smaller rooms, but we enjoyed it. It was very clean and had WIFI, coffee, refrig, and microwave. The location is on a quiet street, just one block from the main street. There wasn't any traffic on our street, so parking was very easy. Then it's a very short walk to the restaruants, shops, and beach.

Room was simple, but had all the amenities, and was very clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Very close distance to shops and eats, and to the beach. It was nice to walk to and fro. Easy check in with a code. If you had questions they were available by phone or text. Close to a yummy little breakfast restaurant called the Yolk. I would stay here again.

Good for a base camp to go out and about all day.
This was a great size for my sister and I. The only issue was the tv. Apparently ours and the one in the unit next to us were connected so they kept changing the channels on us. Also the tv kept turning on during the night — while we slept.

We stayed in one of the studios that had been newly renovated and it was great! Clean, updated, with welcoming touches. The hotel acknowledged the walls were thin and provided free ear plugs. We didn’t find it to be an issue. The Inn is walkable to the beach and shops of Manzanita. We would definitely stay again!

I loved staying here! Very comfortable, very cute and close to everything. Since I traveled alone, I can’t speak to the larger accommodations, but my room was perfect for my needs. I would absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Looking forward to my next time already!!

Yes, we do have thin walls, we are an historic building, and sometimes you can hear you neighbors. We do provide earplugs in your room in case this happens. We are a quiet community and rarely get complaints, and are sorry you were inconvenienced. We are just a little cozy Inn/Motel and provide accurate pictures of our facility. We are proud of what we are and realize that we might not be for everyone.
