The dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the dramatic tree-filled views of the ocean and the horizon beyond. It is the perfect retreat for those wishing for solitude but not overly remote. Privately gated and beautifully landscaped, Neahkahnie Vista is all on one level at over 3,000 square feet of floor space.



Sink into comfortable furnishings while watching movies on the 55-inch Smart TV or read a good book in the corner reading nook with incredible ocean and mountain views. A temperature-controlled gas fireplace creates a relaxing ambiance in the living room. For chefs in your group, the thoroughly equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas cooktop stove and a wall oven is a dream. There are also stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast table perfect for those early-morning risers who prefer coffee with a stunning sunrise view.



The primary suite on one side of the house features a comfortable king bed, viewing deck, walk-in closet, and an elegant en-suite bathroom. In the opposite wing of the house is a second primary bedroom with a king-size bed, beautiful views, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower. There are two additional queen bedrooms (both have TVs). A large full bathroom with a large walk-in shower is close by.  Nearby is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a large utility sink.



The back deck has the best views in the area! You are ready for summer barbecuing with excellent outdoor furnishings and a large Weber Gas Grill. Explore the property and pathways that lead you around the property with an ocean view from every corner—wildlife, such as birds, deer, and even an occasional floating seal.



With a short drive or bike ride, you can spend your days shopping in the fashionable boutiques in Manzanita. Enjoy biking through quaint neighborhoods, horseback riding on the beach, surfing nearby Short Sands Beach, hiking Neahkahnie Mountain, and even crabbing and fishing in Nehalem Bay. Neahkahnie Vista is located on the famous Neahkahnie Mountain. There are trees, flowers and nature all around the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.
