Manzanita Waves House is an oceanfront home that offers breathtaking views of the Pacific from the moment you walk through the front door. The ocean and mountain views are some of the best in Manzanita! Every detail of the house is thoughtfully planned to create a relaxing and inviting space for our guests. Our home is equipped with the latest Sonos system, wireless internet, 4K UHD smart tv's, Apple TVs, chef's kitchen, ocean side hot tub, quality mattresses and luxurious linens.

Our home is a convenient, easy stroll to town. We love walking to town in the morning to get a coffee at Manzanita Coffee, Off Shore Grill, or Manzanita News & Espresso. Sometimes we walk into town to catch breakfast at Yolk (not to be missed), or a cold beer at The San Dune. In the afternoon, it's nice to hang out on the terrace at The Winery at Manzanita.

Nehalem Bay State Park is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Our favorite hikes are the 7 mile hike up Neahkanie Mountain and the short 1 mile hike to Short Sands Beach. Both of these hikes are accessible within a 5 minute drive.

Another favorite outdoor activity is to build a campfire on the beach and watch the sunset. This is so easy to do from the house because the beach is literally steps from the door.

If you're a golfer, the 9 hole Manzanita Golf Course is a 2 minute drive away.

Really, everything is so accessible from this house. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Also, please note that we do have security cameras located OUTSIDE the home. This is to protect the home as well as your security.

Amazing home. The kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and direct access to the beach. Our host was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place, highly recommend!

The location and the house were perfect for our family's stay in Manzanita. Very relaxing atmosphere and the sunsets are breathtaking from the beach back porch and the hot tub.

Lovely vacation!

This house was great! We enjoyed the short walk to the beachand the short walk to town. The kids loved getting in the hot tub every night. The bedroom/ bathroom situation was the perfect set up for our family, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful location!

We loved our stay at this wonderful beach house! Aside from the incredible location right on the beach, we enjoyed the casita and hot tub as well as the floor plan which was optimal for our blended families. Missy was very responsive and helpful and I would wholeheartedly recommend this home.

Wonderful house in stellar location

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The layout was perfect for our extended family which included a four year old (who so enjoyed the bunk bed room) and a 3 month old. The Casita was just right for the family member who doesn't have children. Very comfortable, spotless and so convenient to downtown. Great communication with the host.

Perfect Oregon beach location

We've been trying out different houses every year in Manzanita and everyone in our group voted this one the best one so far. It's big enough to accommodate our growing family and the location right on the beach and close to town couldn't have been better. I was very grateful for the owner's personal communication with me ahead of our stay.

Perfect getaway

This getaway is nicely located at the end of the street. The exterior architecture is unique and the interior is well laid out and nicely equipped. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Manzanita Waves House to anyone looking for space for 4 couples or 2 families. Communication with the host/hostess was very good.

Everything about our one week stay was exactly as listed. A real plus was that all the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The private upstairs casita was special. Easy walk into town. Even the rainy days were fun. Missy was a perfect host!

We were thrilled with the property……location - amazing; house, layout and decor - outstanding; accommodation facilities - excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay in Manzanita at The Waves House. The four-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom home (with connected casita) was exactly as advertised, open and spacious living space, immaculately clean, well-equipped kitchen, and perfectly located on the beach within easy walking distance to the quaint town of restaurants, shops and cultural activities. The owner was great to work with in advance of our stay and the house has a BBQ grill, bikes, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys and various games. We enjoyed the hot tub and sunsets from the Adirondack chairs on the large deck overlooking the dunes and Pacific and even woke up to a herd of Elk walking through the sand dunes one morning.Manzanita, the town and location were perfect in offering many things to do but also being smaller than some of the busier and more congested coastal communities. There are miles of beautiful beaches and views, hiking trails and walkable grocery shopping, restaurants and shops. The Oregon Coastal Scenic Railway and Tillamook Creamery were great excursions nearby, and we enjoyed fresh crab from Kelly’s Brighton Marina just 15 minutes away.We are already planning our next stay and highly recommend The Waves House in Manzanita.

Easily one of our favorite beach homes we’ve stayed at on the Oregon Coast! Comfort at each level, nice quality furniture & beds, thoughtful layout & ample space for a group! The teenagers LOVED having their own space in the casita!

Awesome family trip

We stayed with or 5 grandkids and it exceeded our expectations from location to thoughtful design and cleanliness and above all thoughtful accommodations from kitchen equipment to towels and bedding. The proximity to the beach is exceptional and leads to a repeat family trip.
