    The Space:

    Get away to the coast in this barn-style home with rustic touches throughout! Gorgeous pine accents throughout the interior walls, a wood stove, along with colorful furnishings set the tone for a fun vacation (try to find the painting of the different whales!). Outside you will find a great deck area with plenty of seating, a fire pit for added warmth, and a gas grill for BBQs. Feel free to bring the family dog along!



    The house is centrally located, just one block from downtown and one-tenth of a mile away. Head two blocks north to Laneda Avenue, where guests will find plenty of shops, wine tasting, and numerous dining options. Manzanita Links (just over half a mile away) provides a fun nine-hole course close to the shore.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in Manzanita. This house is on a quiet street just over a block to the beach. It’s beautiful and serene. Lots of birds around the beautiful garden. Five adults stayed and were all very comfortable. It’s spacious and quiet. Everything you will need is there. We loved it and the aurora borealis while we were there was absolute perfection! Happy to share photos with the house with the owner if they’d like :)

Wow. What a perfect charming little house on the coast. With in walking distance to the beach and down town. It was so cute and perfect. Hallie hideaway was everything we wanted in a beach home. So cozy on a rainy November nights. Loved having the wood stove. Very pet friendly too and very clean for being a pet friendly house. Can’t wait to book again!

We spent the weekend here and really enjoyed how close it was to the main shops and the beach. We had a blast and enjoyed never needing our car. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close yet still tucked away in silence. It made it easy to retrieve things we needed while out without any hassle at all. The house decor was very beachy and super cute. They have a turn table with records that we all enjoyed listening to. The TV was so easy to log into my personal streaming service which made it feel easy to feel at home. The kitchen had everything (including coffee filters-the main thing that matters) and everything was cute. They included complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergents... Everything was so beautifully prepared. The beds were comfy and the sheets were comfy and warm. It was a perfect cozy cabin by the sea and wish we had booked a longer stay. When I asked about extending my trip I got a response pretty immediately. Unfortunately, someone already booked the cabin for the day we were meant to check out so we couldn't extend it. Next time we look forward to staying longer. My 3 year old daughter doesn't like our home anymore... She wants the beach house to be our home. 🤣 Anyway, recommend this home to anyone with kiddos too, plenty of games... And on a safe dead end road.

Good place for the two of us. South facing, lots of light except for the main bedroom where you don't want it. Well equipped. Very quiet, at least at this time of year. Easy walk to beach. Fun decor.
