Water pressure was very bad took me twice as long to shower. It would have been good if there was no bugs. And the curtains did t provide any type of privacy.

Clean, A/C works, hot shower. The hotel is in an industrial-ish area however there is frequent inexpensive bus transportation to more touristy areas. Staff are friendly but (like most of Manzanillo) they speak very little English.

I loved the fact that the property is gated and secure. The rooms were very clean. However, the limited parking made parking an issue...especially if you are arriving late. Also, before we could leave, they had to 'inspect' our room .. and they WOULD NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD. We had to pay cash up front for three nights.

Lamentamos el problema de el pago con tarjeta solo fue un problema de fin de año por el banco y respecto al estacionamiento lo tomaremos en cuenta para brindar un mejor servicio, saludos y agradecemos tomar el tiempo para su comentario, le deseamos excelente año 2023

Bueno pero precio por estadía es alto
Sencillo pero limpio, aunque no aplicaron el descuento por temporada baja que era visible en recepción, el precio normal es muy alto para el tipo de establecimiento. No lo recomendaría para personas con discapacidad o movilidad limitada como en mi caso y tuve que subir y bajar escaleras.

La Alberca muy chica y no tan limpia, las del aseo nada amables, solo en recepcion y rentando directo es mucho más barato q a través de esta aplicación

Sencillo pero limpio
el lugar esta agradable, es algo sencillo y razonable con el precio, hace falta tapete fuera de la ducha y me toco que había otros huéspedes que no siguieron las reglas de la alberca, nosotros estábamos solos en la alberca escuchando música a poco volumen y llegaron otros huéspedes con bocina a tomar bebidas alcohólicas y fumar dentro de la alberca aun que esta prohibido en el reglamento del lugar pero el hotel no se dio cuenta de nada, nosotros solo nos retiramos del lugar ya que no era bueno para las niñas y eran varios prácticamente se adueñaron del lugar
