Es la primera vez que me hospedó en Manzanillo, escogimos este hotel porque se ve bonito por fuera. Es un hotel básico, no tiene espacio en la habitación para poner tus maletas, es decir, un sillón o banca o algo así, la habitación es muy pequeña y solo tiene una silla, lo que no me gustó para nada y de verdad se vuelve algo incómodo, es el diseño de las habitaciones, de lado derecho del hotel, me parece que no tienen separación, comparten el mismo ventanal, no hay como tal una separación entre habitaciones y por lo mismo, se escucha, literal, todo de las habitaciones contiguas. No suelo hacer este tipo de comentarios, porque entiendo que es difícil mantener un hotel en buen estado, pero las regaderas estaban llenas de sarro. Lo que me gustó es que tiene club de playa, muy pequeño, pero Agusto. cuando llegamos a la alberca llevaba una botella de agua y lo primero que me dijeron al sentarnos, es que estaba prohibido entrar con alimentos y bebidas, dado que había un grupo de jóvenes con su botella,. refrescos y papas y así mismo fue con toda la gente que estuvo ahí, los dos días que estuvimos, llevaban su botana, refrescos y alcohol de otra parte, claro que íbamos a consumir ahí, pero no entendí la dinámica del lugar. Los precios están bastante accesibles y los mesero, fuera de la chica que me hizo ese comentario y me atendió ese día, el demás personal, muy amables. No tengo punto de comparación con los hoteles en Manzanillo, pero no regresaría a ese, buscaría otra opción.

This hotel is nice because his close by many food options, it is also by the beach and the beach is nice and clean. On the other hand, the rooms are very close to them Main avenue there's a lot of noise during the night and will not allow you to sleep the people from the bar are rude as hell. In the room where we stayed, both toilets were leaking one of the doors to the bathroom did not lock, the AC wasn't working properly and the doors to the balcony were loose to where they could fall.

Muy mal servicio al recibir al cliente no había nadie en recepción y nos tuvieron ahí esperando casi una hora, el elevador no servía y de ahí en fuera lo mejor es el restaurante y la comida

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, frente al mar, la alberca tiene una temperatura templada. Me parece que se debe tener más inversión en el mantenimiento de instalaciones y tener un buen programa de fumigación, ya que en las habitaciones en las que nos hospedamos nos encontramos cucarachas en el baño y chinches en las camas.

Lamentable que no acepten pagos con tarjeta. En dos ocasiones baje a recepción & no había nadie que me pudiera atender. El internet estaba muy lento. El colchón de la habitación no fue muy cómodo.
