Casita Santiago Ocean View balcony and pool
- This Casita that now sits on top of the Santiago hills community now features a 500sqft PALAPA on a 1100sqft Terrace/Deck. This area is located right next to the pool on the 2nd floor of the villa, there is no other property on this hill that features the exquisite views you will indulge in day or night while dining or sipping on your favorite drink.
All this aside from its excellent ocean views from the living room-dinning room and bedroom.
The master bathroom has an overhead shower and beautiful Cream Color Cantera Stone wash basin. The room also has two very spacious closets. The entire house has Parota Wood finishes through out its kitchen, windows, cabinets, closets etc.
Keywords: Not an apartment and not a condo, more like a house within a 4 home complex, a villa (in hotel terms)
