Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."

"Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. "The villa, its facilities, especially it's pool are really beautiful. the location is quiet and tranquil with 2 lovely Pizzerias within walking distance. So too, there's a lovely rural walk to beautiful Bracciano. To top it all the hostess, Anna is to be treasured. she could not have been more helpful.... fresh linen, towels, booking restaurants and taxis. She even provided an ambulance and interpreting service when my wife had an accident. a very special holiday in a very special place."
