Dated as are many Facilities is small Towns but in great repair, non smoking option, parking in front of room, good shower, exceptionally clean even compared to larger chains farther away. Quiet. Good location .After several stays saw no safety concerns. On site manager, available 24 hours Great pricing. Friendly staff and well stocked

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff checking us in were friendly. The motel is older but dont let that discourage you. The property was in good condition and the area was quiet. No issues with loud noise or anything from the area. Would stay there again.

No lights in front of the motel the motel was clean but other than that nothing special. Other guests staying do not respect your or anyone else privacy very loud and noisy.

Good visit
We stayed 2 nights to visit family and were fine with our stay. Clean sheets, towels, floors for this size motel and town. I will definitely stay here again.

I only gave a 3 star on the "around" the property question, but that is not the hotel's fault. The room was nice size. HUGE bed! Comfy soft mattress that i could barely get up in. Great pillows, water pressure and Hot Water. Clean bathroom and room. Furniture is old, but who cares? It's an old Motel that the owners have actually putting money into the remodeling. It's well lit and there are restaurants across the street and near by. I came for the Natchitoches Christmas Festival 2023 and I will stay there again next year!

A nice place to lay your head. The room was clean, shower and plumbing worked well. Not a fancy place, but if you want an inexpensive plaxe to stay, with a a great restaurant across the street, this is a great option.

They really need to do better with cleaning the rooms. There was a shaving razor on the table when we arrived. The towels were very dirty with stains on them. Towels like that should be thrown away. Another thing if you know 3 or people are coming please put enough towels for everyone.

This place is horrible. The door to the room had about a half inch between the door and the door facing which left a big gap & made it dangerous. People coming and going constantly made me scared that something was going to happen to my new vehicle. I had no other place to go or I would have left Friday night. I left EARLY Saturday morning and I will NEVER go back to that place. One of the worst places I've ever tried to stay in.

Nasty place
It was disgusting. There were questionable stains all over the curtain. When we ran the water for a bath it was brown. The tub was not clean. There was a smell like it was old. I will never recommend this place or go there again Only reason I went was because I didn’t realize it was non refundable after paying for the room in full.
