Wonderful location!!

We loved our stay - this is a gem of a property. It has its own private beach right out the back! And a pool as well! We felt very welcome and enjoyed our visit immensely. We'd stay here again for sure. Thanks!

Private beach! And pool! Beachside!

This property is a one of a kind beach house with an amazing host! The house is literally on the beach - a private beach that you get pretty much all to yourselves! Not only that, but there’s a pool in the backyard! Joanie is a phenomenal host that can get you anything you need at a very reasonable rate (beach chairs, surf board, umbrellas, etc). She followed up immediately on any small issues we had and was so warm and welcoming to her house (her home really). The property is from an older era of beach houses, and has a lived in feel that makes it feel more like a home stay than a rental house.We loved it and you absolutely cannot beat the location and the beach!

Wow! I loved my stay at this beautiful, charming beach house! When you walk out of the door, you step onto your own private beach with a breathtaking view to the ocean! We barbecued a few feet away from the ocean waves! The hostess Joanie is a sweetheart, very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable like at home. She surprised me with a lovely welcome present. Check-in was super easy and the house and pool were very clean. I loved the woodwork and the beautiful cathedral ceilings. This beach house is a true gem: you have your own private beach all to yourself, with lifeguards nearby and without any crowds. I am planning on coming back soon.

Mantoloking Getaway

Joannie's house is amazing from the beautiful, in-ground pool. It takes one glance at the crowded public beach to realize the benefits of a private beach. Joannie is a wonderful hostess, warm and welcoming, and her house squeaky clean. We will rent again.

Amazing Location !!!

You can't ask for more, beach house 10 steps from your own private beach, that even your dog can enjoy !!!! On top of that one of the few properties with its own pool, lovely. Property needs some upgrades, adjustments and fixes, but you can't complaint if you want a beach house, because you are 10 steps away from your own private beach. Thank you so much Luis

Beautiful beachfront home with pool, a spectacular family experience

This home is spectacular. It’s located right on the beach (private) and has a lovely pool. The home was very comfortable and provided a once in a lifetime experience for a special family. The owner went above and beyond to prepare the house and make it just lovely. She enabled everyone to have the best time ever. We can’t say enough about all she did to make this special time memorable. Special thanks to her. It was truly a dream come true to stay in this Jersey shore home.

Amazing!!! I highly recommend this home!!! I was impressed from the first second on. The first thing I saw was the beautiful pool in the backyard which my children thoroughly enjoyed for hours. Then, I walked through the patio door into the family room; the feel of the space was warm and gravitating. I found the kitchen, family room, dining room, bedrooms and baths exceptionally clean. When you walk out the rear of the house, you have a large, completely private beach. Picture this: dad, mom and two kids, four us, on 60 feet of completely private Atlantic Ocean shoreline! OURS ALONE!!! We spent most of the entire day on the beach, returned later in the evening and stayed until 2 am, admiring the moon and the stars while grilling burgers and hotdogs and sitting around the campfire telling stories and roasting marshmallows for our s'mores. Next evening, we went to the popular boardwalk in Seaside Heights, which is only 5 miles away, and enjoyed the weekly fireworks show and the entertainment on the boardwalk. We made use of the onsite paddle board rentals and lessons from Joanie, our hostess. Joanie treated us like family. Let me also add that it was a big plus that our dog was able to accompany us on our family vacation. Great getaway! We plan to return for many years to come.

Fantastic

Joanie was so welcoming and her property was incredible with an exceptional location. I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore. We would absolutely rent again!
