Great clean room. Check in staff very friendly and courteous. Bell boy brought luggage to room. Room service was great and chocolate covered strawberries with bowl of assorted nuts was just perfect. Very high end hotel, what I loved the most is the mall across the street, didn't venture out much since I came down with the flu, if I return to Manta, that would where I am staying. I forgot to mention their breakfast buffet was delicious!

Felt very safe, newly renovated. Breakfast was included and great! Gym was in great shape a lots of equipment. Pool, Sauna, and steam room were awesome. Jacuzzi could be hotter might have to ask them to turn it up. Hotel right on the beach and across the street from mall de Pacifico. Very nice mall
